南京体育学院学生心理健康状况分析——以全校2014级学生为例

Analysis on Mental Health Status of Students in Nanjing Sport Institute——Take the Class 2014 Students as an Example

目的:通过对全校2014级新生的心理健康普查,了解新生的心理健康状况,一方面筛查出心理不健康的学生加以重点关注,另一方面也为我校的学生工作提供参考;方法:对南京体育学院2014级新生使用国家教育部研制的《中国大学生心理健康测评系统》里的《中国大学生心理健康量表》进行心理健康普查;结果:(1)南京体育学院学生总体的心理健康水平要好于全国大学生常模水平;(2)有87位学生在该测评中显示异常,尤其是其中有将近50%(41位)学生处于严重心理问题范畴。(3)体育类专业学生的心理健康水平低于非体育类专业的学生,尤其是其中健康系学生在各级筛查中的情况都显著好于其他系。结论:体育院校不能再抱着体育专业学生心理素质好的定势思维,要加强体育院校的心理健康工作。

Through the mental health survey of the class 2014 freshmen in the institute, this study aims to screen out the students who have unhealthy psychological traits as well as to provide the working department concerning students some reference. The general survey of mental health has been conducted among the students, and Chinese College Student Mental Health Scale, from the Mental Health Assessment System for Chinese College Student designed by the National Ministry of Education, has been used. This study has three fmdings： 1 ） the overall mental health level of the students in Nanjing Sport Institute is better than the national norm; 2 ） 87 students are abnormal in the evaluation, and nearly half of them （41 students） axe in the category of serious psychological problems; 3 ） the mental health level of students in sports majors is lower than that of non-sports majors, and data of students of Sports Health Department in all levels of screening are significantly better than that of students in other departments. Therefore, administrators and teachers can no longer hold the fixed thinking mode that psychological health status of the students in sports colleges and universities is better than that of those students in other colleges and universities, and special attention should be paid to the work concerning students＇ mental health in sports colleges and universities.
