四川跳伞队成立于1958年6月,至今在国内外各项重大比赛中取得了一次又一次优异的成绩,在辉煌成绩的背后,其最根本的原因在于人才的发现和培养,特别是初选运动员的甄别尤为重要。本文通过多年成功与失利的经验,对初选运动员的选拔整理出一系列选材的方法。

Sichuan Skydiving Team was founded in June 1958 mad it gets excellent results in various major competitions at home and abroad for many times. The most fundamental reason for the remarkable achievement is the discovery and cultivation of talents and in particular, the distinction of players in primary selection is very important. A series of methods for selecting players in primary selection is summarized in this paper by years of experience of success and failure
