摘要
使用CATIA软件建立典型小型车前保险杠及车架模型,通过LS-DYNA对钢制保险杠的碰撞过程、变形特点及位移特点进行仿真,并对结果进行分析,对不同壁厚的铝制保险杠进行碰撞分析,获得不同优选指标的仿真结果,得到铝制保险杠的最优厚度。对质量块加速度曲线、保险杠应力云图和碰撞过程能量变化曲线进行分析,确定最优结果的可行性。
Based on CATIA software it establishes a typical small front bumper and frame model, uses LS-DYNA to simulate the collision process, deformation characteristics and displacement characteristics of the steel bumper, and discusses the simulation results. It analyzes the aluminum bumpers behavior with different thicknesses in collision process, obtains simulation results of different optimization indexes and the optimum thickness of the aluminum bumper. It proposes the mass acceleration curve, the stress nephogram of the bumper and the energy change curve of the collision process, determines the feasibility of the optimal result.
