可转位深孔钻导向块的设计

摘要 为给可转位深孔钻导向块的设计提供依据,首先对导向块在深孔加工过程中的受力情况进行了分析,结果表明前导向块的受力要远大于后导向块,导向块必须具备很高的耐磨损、抗挤压和耐高温的性能。为此设计了2种不同形状、4种不同材质的导向块,并进行了现场实验。结果表明,表面有氮化铬铝涂层的硬质合金导向块磨损程度低、使用寿命长。 In order to provide design consideration of guide block in indexable deep hole machining, it proposes the mechanical analysis of the guide block. It shows that the force of the front guide block is much larger than that of the rear guide block, the guide block must have high wear resistance, extrusion resistance and high temperature resistance. The guide block plays an important role in centering in the process of indexable deep hole drilling. It designs a wear-resistant and high-performance guide block for indexable deep hole drilling, takes four kinds of guide blocks with different materials and shapes to test. The results show that the wear resistance of the guide block with CrAlN coating is the highest and the service life is the longest.
