静电纺丝方法制备氮掺杂二氧化钛纳米纤维 被引量:1

摘要 采用二氧化钛(TiO_2)湿溶胶为前驱体的聚合物喷发静电拉伸纺丝(静电纺丝)方法制备了氮掺杂TiO_2纳米纤维和纯TiO_2纳米纤维,分别采用X射线衍射、场发射电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和紫外-可见分光光度计对纳米纤维的晶体结构、微观形貌、红外吸收光谱和透射光谱进行表征分析。结果表明,氮掺杂TiO_2纳米纤维出现了较弱并且较宽的衍射峰;纳米纤维表面平滑,直径高达70~75nm;红外吸收光谱与纯TiO_2纳米纤维相似,透射光谱在可见光范围有明显的蓝移;氮原子取代了氧原子进入TiO_2晶格位,并且改变了TiO_2的电子结构。 Nitrogen-doped TiO2 nanofibres are fabricated by electrospinning method.In this method,the TiO2 wet sol is used as the precursor solution.The crystal structure,micro morphologies,infrared ray absorb spectrum and transmission spectrum are characterized by X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscope, fourier translation infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy respectively.Results show that nitrogen-doped TiO2 nanofibres have feeble and wide full width at half maximum(FWMH),and that the surface of nanofibers is smooth,and the diameter is as high as 70-75 nm.The infrared ray absorb spectrum are similar with an obvious blue-shift than TiO2 nanofibres without nitrogen-doped.Nitrogen is also doped into the TiO2 monocrystal and therefore shifts the electronic structure.
