工业互联网中的大数据驱动是实现感知、分析、定向、决策、调整、控制于一体的人、机、物协同的智能生产的关键。为了实现数据驱动的智能制造,实现企业不同部门之间协同管理,提出了一种数据驱动的工业互联网架构。该构架通过横向集成,收集生产过程中的各个环节的有关信息,通过纵向集成的方法,建立各生产环节信息的联系,形成感知层、数据汇聚层、互联层和应用管理层集成架构。以手机智能制造为例,给出了工业互联网数据驱动的手机智能制造方案。

Big data driving in the industrial internet is the key to realize the joint of perception,analysis,orientation,decision,adjustment and control for the coordination of people,machine and objects in intelligent production.Facing with the problem of data driving intelligent manufacturing and collaborative management among different departments.A data driven industrial Internet architecture is proposed which use horizontal integration is devised to collection information in each part of the production process,and vertical integration is devised to set up the link of information in each production process and construct the integration architecture of sensing layer,data aggregation layer,the interconnection layer and the application management layer.Taking the intelligent manufacturing of mobile phones as an example,the phone intelligent manufacturing scheme is provided by industrial Internet data-driven.
