摘要
针对下峪口煤矿保护层开采过程中工作面瓦斯超限,现有常规钻进方式能力小、抽采效果差、严重影响回采效率的问题,采用煤矿井下定向钻进技术在煤层底板不同层位施工顺层水平定向长钻孔卸压瓦斯抽采试验。试验表明:定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采效果明显好于常规钻孔,靠近被保护煤层层位的定向钻孔抽采效果更好。项目成果为煤矿井下保护层开采工作面瓦斯超限的问题提供了有效的解决途径,为工作面的安全生产提供了技术保障。
Aiming at the problems of gas overrun, poor extraction effect and low recovery efficiency during the protective layer mining by using the existing conventional drilling method in Xiayukou coal mine, the pressure relief gas extraction test by constructing horizontal directional long boreholes in different levels of coal seam floor was carried out. The results show that the gas extraction effect of directional drilling is better than that of conventional drilling, and the gas extraction effect of directional drilling near the protected coal seam is better. The research provides technical guarantee for the safety production of working face.
