摘要
通过不同温度变化的层积试验探究温度对天女木兰(Magnolia sieboldii K.Koch.)种子催芽的影响,结合不同覆土厚度对种子出芽的影响,找到催芽最佳条件。结果表明:催芽最适条件应采用变温层积,种子与湿沙混合后采用控制变温,即控制种子和湿沙混合物的温度(3~5℃)50d,变温阶段(16~18℃)25d,再次变温(3~5℃)25d,效果更好。天女木兰种子播种时,适宜的覆土厚度为1cm。
The effect of temperature on Magnolia sieboldii seed germination-breaking was investigated through stratification test with different temperature changes, and the optimal condition of germination was found by combining the influence of different covering thickness on seed germination-breaking. The optimum condition of germination-breaking should be variable temperature stratification. After mixing the seeds and wet sand, the temperature is controlled, that is, the temperature of the mixture of the seeds and the wet sand is (3-5℃) 50 d, the temperature change stage is (16-18℃) 25 d, and the temperature is (3-5℃) 25 d again, and the effect is optimal. When the seeds were planted, the suitable covering thickness is 1 cm.
