冬瓜杨等几种杨树叶片气孔测量与分析 被引量:1

摘要 以冬瓜杨初选优树为材料,从中确定8个优良无性系H1、H10、H4、H5、HB18、HB19、HB10、HB41;分别对这8个优良无性系叶片做电镜观察,结果表明:这些冬瓜杨无性系叶片气孔长和宽、密度都有显著差异,初步选出了接近胡杨气孔密度的H1和H5作为最优无性系。 Taking Populus purdomii plus tree as materials, H1, H10, H4, H5, HB18, HB19, HB10 and HB41 were preliminarily determined;the electron microscopy was performed on the leaves of eight elite clones. The length & width of the stoma & stoma density were observed. The variance of the stoma length, width, and density of these wax gourds were analyzed by variance analysis. H1 and H5, which are closed to the stoma density of Populus purdomii were selected as the optimal clones.
