摘要
对民和地区4个乡镇的106份地方核桃开展了坚果性状分析。结果表明:该地核桃坚果隶属于薄壳中型果范畴,脂肪含量与蛋白质含量普遍较高。4个分布区地方核桃坚果性状的遗传变异差别较大,具有较丰富的遗传多样性,选择潜力较大。脂肪含量、坚果三径均值、露仁情况、缝合线紧密程度几项指标变异系数最小,具有十分稳定的遗传能力。主成分分析的结果表明,隆治乡地方核桃坚果在性状上相对优良,该结果与各项性状指标单独评价及实际调查数据趋于一致。聚类分析结果表明,当遗传距离为5时,民和地区的4个乡镇在坚果性状上聚为了3类。
The characters of 106 nuts were analyzed in four towns of Minhe Region.Result shows that the Minhe area where pecan nuts belonging to medium-sized fruit category, thin shell generally high in fat and protein content. The genetic variation of nut characters for Juglans regia in four distribution areas is different, which has rich genetic diversity and has great potential for selection. Fat content, mean value of three diameter of nuts,bared kernel and tight degree of suture are the least, with very stable genetic ability. Result of principal component analysis shows that the local Juglans regia nuts in Longzhi Township are relatively superior in character, and the result is consistent with the individual evaluation & actual survey data. The result of cluster analysis shows that when the genetic distance is five, four townships in Minhe region are clustered for 3 classes.
