摘要 采用新型高性能氟丙烯乙烯基醚(FPVE)氟树脂作为基料,将N3390与Z4470复配作为体系的固化剂,辅以合适的颜填料、溶剂、助剂等,制备了一种高性能、低VOC(挥发性有机化合物)常温固化氟碳涂料。重点考察了不同固化剂、分散剂、流平剂等对涂料性能的影响。各项性能测试结果表明,制备的低VOC氟碳涂料具有优异的耐候性与防腐性能。 A high performance low VOC room temperature curing fluorocarbon coatings was prepared by using a new high performance FPVE ( fluorine propene vinyl ether ) fluorine resin as the base, the compound of N3390 and Z4470 as the curing agent, and supplemented with suitable pigments and fillers, additives, etc. The effects of different curing agents, dispersants and leveling agents on the properties of fluorocarbon coatings were emphatically investigated. Various performance test results showed that the prepared low VOC fluorocarbon coatings has excellent weatherability and anticorrosion performance.
