Development of Solvent-Free Epoxy Coal Tar Pitch Coatings with Good Weatherability for PCCP

制备了一种耐候性良好的无溶剂环氧煤沥青涂料,该涂料具有良好的物理化学性能及施工适应性。通过采用两种环氧树脂E51和E42混拼、以改性酚醛胺作为固化剂,并降低固化剂的用量,提高体系的耐候性。添加部分煤焦油替代煤沥青,可以降低体系的黏度以及活性稀释剂的用量,进一步改善涂层的耐候性。

A solvent-free epoxy coal tar pitch coatings with good weatherability was prepared, which has good physical-chemical properties and construction adaptability. The weatherability of the system was improved by using two kinds of epoxy resin E51 and E42, modified phenolic amine as curing agent and reducing the amount of curing agent. Adding part of coal tar instead of coal tar pitch could reduce the viscosity of the system and the dosage of the reactive diluents, and further improve the weatherability of the coating.
