预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)具有可承受较高内外压,接头密封性好,基本不漏水;抗震能力强;施工方便快捷,维护方便,运行费用低;适用范围广,经济寿命长等优点,是世界上用量最多的输水管道。由于PCCP的结构和应用时的腐蚀环境特点,PCCP工程因腐蚀发生爆管和早期破坏的案例时有发生。大量的工程实践表明,采用重防腐涂层与阴极保护对PCCP进行联合防护,对提高PCCP管道工程的安全性和耐久性是一个行之有效的方法。

Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe （PCCP）is the most used water pipeline in the world because of its advantages, such as subjecting to high internal and external pressure, pipe-joint with good sealing performance, basically no water leakage, strong seismic resistance, convenient and fast construction, easy maintenance, low operating cost, wide range of application and long economic life ect. Due to the structure of the PCCP and the corrosive environment characteristics of the application, the cases of PCCP tube bursting and early damage has often happen. In order to enhance the anticorrosion ability of PCCP and improve the safety and durability of pipeline engineering, the joint protection of PCCP project by heavy anticorrosion coating and cathodic protection is adopted, and a lot of engineering practice shows that it is an effective method.
