CO_2激光治疗颗粒型咽炎及扁桃体肿大的临床观察

Clinical Observation of CO_2 Laser in the Treatment of Granular Pharyngitis and Tonsil Enlargement

目的:探讨CO_2激光治疗颗粒型咽炎及扁桃体肿大的临床效果。方法:选择2015年8月~2017年8月某院收治的120例颗粒型咽炎及扁桃体肿大患者作为研究对象,并且按照随机原则平均分成A、B两组,每组为60例。其中,A组采用药物和雾化治疗方法,B组采用CO_2激光治疗方法对扁桃体行切除术,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果:经过治疗后,B组相较于A组治疗有效率明显更高,组间差异显著,具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论:将CO_2激光治疗应用于颗粒型咽炎及扁桃体肿大的临床治疗过程中,安全可靠,对患者咽喉及周围皮肤、组织组织损伤小,治疗过程感染率小,值得在临床治疗中大力推广和应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of CO 2 laser in the treatment of granulosa-type pharyngitis and tonsil enlargement. Methods： 120 cases of granular pharyngitis and tonsil swelling patients in a hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into two groups, A and B according to the random principle, 60 cases in each group. Among them, group A used drugs and aerosol therapy,group B used CO 2 laser treatment in tonsil resection, compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results： After treatment, compared group B with group A, the treatment efficiency was significantly higher, the difference between groups was significant and had comparablity （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Applying CO 2 laser therapy to the clinical treatment of granulitis and tonsil enlargement has the characteristics of safety and reliability. It has little damage to the throat and surrounding skin and tissues, and the infection rate is small in the treatment process. It is worth to make great promotion and application in clinical treatment.
