塑型钛网颅骨修补手术中采用头皮全层缝合的效果观察

摘要 目的:分析头皮全层缝合应用于塑型钛网颅骨修补手术中的临床效果。方法:选取某院2016年1月~12月收治的需行塑型钛网颅骨修补手术患者80例,随机分成两组,对照组(n=40)在术中采用传统分层间断缝合法,观察组(n=40)采用改良头皮全层缝合法,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组手术时间明显短于对照组,出血量明显少于对照组;观察组无并发症,对照组发生率为10.0%,比较差异均明显(P<0.05)。结论:头皮全层缝合应用于塑型钛网颅骨修补手术中临床效果较好,有推广价值。 Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of the application of scalp full-thickness suture therapy during plastic type titanium net skull repair operations. Methods: 80 cases of patients with the demand of plastic type titanium net skull repair operation in a hopital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.Control group ( n =40) were treated with traditional layered continuous suture during the operation, observation group ( n =40)were treated with modified scalp full-thickness suture, compared two groups of clinical effect. Results: Operation time in the observation group was obviously shorter than the control group,and amount of bleeding was significantly less than the control group.Observation group had no complications, the incidence of the control group was 10.0%, the differences between two groups were significantly ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of the application of scalp full-thickness suture therapy during plastic type titanium net skull repair operations is good,it is worthy of promotion.
