中医骨伤推拿法治疗颈椎病突出症的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic Massage

目的:探讨中医骨伤推拿法治疗颈椎病突出症的临床效果。方法:从某院2016年1月~2016年12月期间收治的颈椎病突出症患者68例,为其采用中医骨伤推拿法展开治疗,详细记录患者的治疗效果、住院时间,同时采用颈椎间盘突出症24分评分方法对患者治疗前后的情况进行功能评分和比较。结果:患者平均住院时间为(28.8±1.1)d,最终治疗痊愈27例,有效37例,4例无效,总有效率达到94.1%;治疗后患者功能评分为(18.7±0.8)分,明显高于治疗前的(8.6±1.3)分,P<0.05。结论:中医骨伤推拿法治疗颈椎病突出症患者疗效显著,值得临床上广泛推广和应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods： Sixty-eight patients with cervical spondylosis were enrolled in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2016. The patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） orthopedic massage method, the therapeutic results ang thelength of stay were detailed recorded. Meanwhile used herniation of cervical disc 24-point scoring method scored and compared the patients before and after treatment. Results： The average hospital stay was （28.8±1.1） days, 27 cases were ultimately cured, 37 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.1%. The functional score of the patients after treatment was （18.7±0.8）, which was significantly higher than that before treatment （8.6±1.3） （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic massage method is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis patients, and it is worthy to be widely popularized and applied clinically.
