宫血宁胶囊辅助去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果评价

Evaluation of Effect on Gongxuening Capsule Assisted with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets for the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的:探讨宫血宁胶囊辅助去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果评价。方法:选取2013年2月~2016年3月在某院治疗非孕功能失调性子宫出血患者102例,按照随机分配法,分为对照组(50例)和实验组(52例),对照组进行常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上联合宫血宁胶囊辅助去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和控制出血时间、完全止血时间,治疗前后卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素和雌二醇的水平情况。结果:两组临床疗效比较,实验组(96.15%)高于对照组(74.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组比较控制出血时间和完全止血时间,实验组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫血宁胶囊辅助去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果显著,完全止血时间明显缩短,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the evaluation of effect on Gongxuening capsule assisted with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets for the treatment of disfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： 102 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding of non pregnant in a hospital from February 2013 to March 2016 were divided into control group （50 cases） and experimental group （52 cases） according to random distribution.The control group was given conventional treatment, the experimental group was treated on the basis of routine therapy combined with intrauterine blood capsule assisted with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets. The clinical efficacy, the time of bleeding control and the time of complete hemostasis were compared between the two groups. The levels of FSH, LH and E2 before and after the treatment were observed. Results： Compared with the control group （96.15%）,the clinical effects of the experimental group was higher than the control group （74%）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, controling the bleeding time and the time of complete hemostasis of the experimental group was shorter than control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, there was no significant difference in serum sex hormone between the two groups （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets assisted with Gongxuening capsule for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding has outstanding therapeutic effect,hemostasis time obviously shortened. It is worthy of clinical use.
