复方地榆炭膏治疗闭合性骨折软组织肿胀的临床疗效

ClinicalEffect of Burnet Carbon Paste Compound in the Treatment of Closed Soft Tissue Swelling Fracture

目的:研究复方地榆炭膏治疗闭合性骨折软组织肿胀的临床疗效。方法:选取某院2014年5月~2016年5月接诊的100例闭合性骨折软组织肿胀患者进行研究,按照随机数表法,随机均分为研究组和对照组各50例,对照组应用常规治疗措施对患者实施治疗与护理,研究组则在常规治疗与护理的基础上应用复方地榆炭膏,2周后对两组患者进行缓解疼痛、改善肿胀有效率进行分析研究。结果:经过治疗,显示研究组患者疼痛积分(2.53±0.39)明显小于对照组(4.88±0.83)(P<0.05),研究组改善肿胀有效率88.00%明显大于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。结论:复方地榆炭膏可有效治疗闭合性骨折软组织肿胀、疼痛,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of burnet carbon paste compound in the treatment of closed soft tissue swelling fracture. Methods： 100 cases of soft tissue swelling with closed fracture patients from May 2014 to May 2016 in a hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, 50 cases in each group.The control group used routine treatment measures of treatment and nursing of patients, the study group is the application of burnet carbon paste compound based on routine treatment and nursing.Two weeks later,two groups of patients were analyzed for pain relief and swelling efficiency improvement. Results： After treatment, patients in the study group showed pain scores （2.53±0.39） was significantly less than that of the control group （4.88±0.83） （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the research group to improve the swelling efficiency of 88% was significantly higher than that of control group 70% （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Burnet carbon paste compound can effectively cure the soft tissue swelling and pain with closed fracture, relieve the pain of patients.
