阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者PANSS评分及并发症发生率的影响

Effects of Aripiprazole Combined with Low-dose Clozapine on PANSS Score and Complication Rate of First-episode Schizophrenia

目的:对阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平对首发精神分裂症患者PANSS评分及并发症发生率的影响进行探讨。方法:纳入2016年1月~2017年3月收治的首发精神分裂症患者40例为对象,将其以入院顺序分组为对照组和观察组。对照组用氨磺必利片治疗,观察组用阿立哌唑+小剂量氯氮平治疗,将患者各项临床资料详细整理后作回顾性分析。结果:观察组患者PANSS评分低、并发症发生率低,与对照组比较存在差异,P<0.05。结论:首发精神分裂症患者经阿立哌唑+小剂量氯氮平治疗的效果显著。

Objective： To discuss the effect of aripiprazole combined with low-dose of clozapine on PANSS score and complication rate of patients with first episode schizophrenia. Methods： Forty patients with first episode schizophrenia admitted in a hospital from January,2016 to March,2017 were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization.The control group was treated with clozapine; The treatment group was treated with aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine. The clinical data were detailed after finishing a retrospective analysis. Results： In the observation group, the PANSS score was low and the complication rate was low, which had significant difference from that of the control group, P 〈 0.05 . Conclusion： The effect of aripiprazole combined with low-dose of clozapine in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia patients is significant.
