马来酸依那普利联合阿替洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Enalapril Maleate Combined with Atenolol on Heart Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨马来酸依那普利结合阿替洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法:将2014年1月~2017年5月收治的94例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组(n=47),参照组采用常规治疗,试验组采用马来酸依那普利联合阿替洛尔治疗,比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果:两组患者治疗前的SBP、DBP、LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD及治疗后的SBP、DBP指标对比差异不明显(P>0.05),但上述观察指标与治疗前对比差异明显,且试验组的心功能指标与生活质量评分显著优于参照组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸依那普利结合阿替洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭,既可以降低血压,改善患者的心功能,又有助于提升患者的生活质量,因而适合用于临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of enalapril maleate combined with atenolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods： 94 cases of chronic heart failure patients admitted from January 2014 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups （ n =47）, control group used conventional treatment, experimental group was treated with enalapril maleate combined with atenolol treatment, compared the differences of efficacy of the two groups. Results： There was no significant difference in SBP, DBP, LVEF, LVESD, LVEDD between the two groups before treatment and SBP and DBP after treatment（ P 〉 0.05 ）,however, the above observation indexes were significantly different from those before treatment.In addition, the cardiac function index and quality of life score of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Enalapril maleate combined with atenolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure can reduce blood pressure, improve heart function of patients, and help to improve the quality of life of patients, thus it is suitable for clinical promotion.
