保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年糖尿病性阴道炎的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Baofukang Suppository Combined with Estrogen Ointment in the Treatment of Senile Diabetic Vaginitis and its Influence on the Quality of Life of Patients

目的:总结保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年糖尿病性阴道炎的疗效、对生活质量的影响,为老年糖尿病性阴道炎的治疗提供参考。方法:选择94例老年糖尿病性阴道炎患者,分为各47例的联合组和单一组,联合组采取保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗,单一组采取雌激素软膏治疗,对比两组老年糖尿病性阴道炎患者的治疗效果、生活质量评分、药物不良反应情况。结果:组间治疗效果以及生活质量评分对比,联合组均明显高于单一组,经统计学计算P<0.05。另外,两组患者用药治疗期间均无显著不良反应问题。结论:相对于雌激素软膏单一治疗,保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗更符合老年糖尿病性阴道炎患者治疗所需。

Objective： To summarize the effect of Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of senile diabetic vaginitis and its influence on the quality of life of patients, and to provide a reference for the treatment of senile diabetic vaginitis. Methods： 94 cases of senile patients with diabetic vaginitis were divided into combined group and single group with 47 cases in each group, combined group was treated with Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment, single group was treated with estrogen ointment. The treatment effect, life quality score and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The treatment effect and quality of life of the combined group were significantly higher than that of the single group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with estrogen ointment, Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment is more suitable for the treatment of senile diabetic vaginitis.
