个性化全程护理干预在提高小儿麻疹并重症肺炎中的效果及对生活质量的影响

Effect of Individualized Whole Course Nursing Intervention on Improving Measles Quality and Severe Pneumonia in Children and its Influence on Quality of Life

目的:探讨个性化全程护理干预在提高小儿麻疹并重症肺炎中的临床效果。方法:将某院收治的60例小儿麻疹并重症肺炎患者随机分为两组,30例予以常规护理干预(对照组),30例予以个性化全程护理干预(研究组),比较两组患者临床疗效、生活质量评分、退热、退疹及住院时间。结果:研究组患者临床有效率93.33%,对照组临床有效率76.66%,两组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);研究组退热、退疹及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿麻疹并重症肺炎患者护理中选择个性化全程护理干预可有效提高患者临床疗效,缩短康复时间,提高生活质量。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of individualized whole course nursing intervention in the treatment of measles and severe pneumonia in children. Methods： 60 cases of measles complicated with severe pneumonia in a hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases were given routine nursing intervention （control group）, and 30 cases were given individualized whole course nursing intervention （study group）. The clinical efficacy, quality of life score, time of fever and rash allaying and hospital staying were compared between the two groups. Results： The clinical effective rate of the study group was 93.33%, and that of the control group was 76.66%, and the difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The fever and rash allaying time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the nursing care of children with severe measles and severe pneumonia, the individualized whole course nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the quality of life.
