护理干预对剖宫产手术后产妇下床活动以及肠胃功能恢复的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Off-bed Activity and Gastrointestinal Function Recovery after Cesarean Section Surgery

目的:探析护理干预对剖宫产手术后产妇下床活动以及肠胃功能恢复的影响。方法:选取88例在某院2016年2月~2017年2月进行剖宫产术的产妇,采用随机信封法分为对照组(n=44)和干预组(n=44),对照组给予常规干预措施,干预组则给予综合干预,对比临床效果。结果:干预组产妇术后首次下床活动时间、首次肛门排气时间以及胃肠蠕动时间与对照组相比较短(P<0.05),且干预前,两组产妇的疼痛程度无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,干预组产妇的疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于剖宫产术产妇给予护理干预疗效显著,可促进胃肠功能恢复,减轻术后疼痛,改善预后,加速产妇尽早下床活动,推广价值极高。

Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the off-bed activity of pregnant women and the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section. Methods： 88 cases of puerperae operated in a hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into two groups according to random envelope method as control group （ n =44） and intervention group （ n =44）, the control group was given conventional intervention measures, the intervention group was given comprehensive intervention, compared the clinical results. Results： The time of the first off-bed activity, the time of first anal exhaust and the time of gastrointestinal peristalsis were shorter in the intervention group than in the control group （ P 〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention （ P 〉0.05）. The level of pain in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）after the intervention. Conclusion： The effect of nursing intervention was significant for cesarean section surgery, which could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the postoperative pain, improve the prognosis, accelerate the mother ＇s off-bed activity and has high value to be prompted.
