综合体位护理预防长时间侧卧位手术压疮的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Postural Care in the Prevention of Long-term Lateral Pressure

目的:研究综合体位护理预防长时间侧卧位手术压疮的临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月~2017年4月某院收治的行侧卧位手术治疗患者78例,根据护理方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用综合体位护理,对比两组患者压疮发生率、压疮面积以及术后患者舒适度。结果:观察组患者压疮总发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者压疮面积较对照组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者出现颈肩痛、情绪紧张、上肢麻木、下肢麻木几率均较观察组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合体位护理在长时间侧卧位手术患者中具有较好预防压疮的效果,可有效减少压疮发生率和发生面积,增加患者术后的舒适度,效果较好。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of comprehensive postural care in the prevention of long-term lateral pressure surgery. Methods： 78 patients treated with lateral recumbent surgical therapy in a hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods. The control group was treated with routine care. The observation group used comprehensive postural care.Compare the incidence of pressure ulcer, pressure sore area and patient comfort in the two groups. Results： The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The area of pressure ulcer in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The risk of numbness, upper limb numbness and lower extremity numbness were higher than those in observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive postural care has a good effect of preventing pressure ulcer in patients with long-term lateral surgery, which can effectively reduce the incidence and occurrence area of pressure ulcer and increase the comfort of the patients after operation.
