摘要
目的:观察西药房管理在减少药患纠纷中的影响及应用价值。方法:根据有无加强管理分为对照组(2015年2月~2016年3月)与分析组(2016年4月~2017年6月)各210例,比较两组药患纠纷情况的发生率差异。结果:分析组与对照组纠纷率分别为3.81%、15.71%(P<0.05);分析组与对照组满意率分别为96.67%、86.19%(P<0.05)。结论:加强管理应用于西药房中有助于减少药患纠纷,提升患者对医疗服务的满意度。
Objective: To observe the influence of medicine pharmacy management in reducing risk of dispute and application value. Methods: According to whether to strengthen management,control group (2015.2~2016.3) and analysis group (2016.4~2017.6) had been divided,each group had 210 cases.Compared the difference about the incidence of medicine disputes appearance between two groups. Results: Analysis group and control group disputes rate are 3.81% and 3.81% respectively ( P 〈0.05); Satisfaction analysis group and the control group 96.67%, 86.19% respectively ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Strengthen the pharmacy management helps reduce medicine contract disputes, and it improves patient satisfaction of medical service.
