摘要
医学高等院校中出现的研究生层次参差不齐的状况,对医学统计学的教学工作带来了很大的困难。将分层次教学法引入到医学统计学教学中是十分必要的,同时将会收到良好的教学效果。探讨分层教学法的必要性,为研究所教学改革提供参考依据。对参加医学统计学课程教学的535名9个专业研究生的期末成绩进行调查研究,应用SPSSl7.0软件对所得数据进行分析,儿内科学与妇产科学、口腔科学、外科学和影像医学专业学生成绩均数差值差异具有统计学意义;口腔科学与内科学、全科医学、神经病学、外科学和眼科学的均数差值差异具有统计学意义。对于研究生不同的专业,提倡分层次教学。
The uneven graduate level in medical colleges and universities has brought great difficulties to the teaching of medical statistics. It is very necessary to introduce the hierarchical teaching method into the teaching of medical statistics, at the same time it will receive good teaching effect. This paper discusses the necessity of stratified teaching method and provides a reference for teaching reform.The grades 535 graduate students who took part in the final exam of teaching of medical statistics were investigated and analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. There were statistically significant differences in the scores between pediatric medicine and obstetrics, gynecology, dentistry, surgery and imaging medicine. The differences in the mean difference between oral and internal medicine, general medicine, neurology, surgery and ophthalmology were statistically significant. For different majors of graduate students, stratification teaching is advocated.
