This paper presents a language to describe various structures in 3 D parasitic interconnect capacitors. The language prefers describing bodies and can easily describe complex structures, such as conformal structures, multi plane structures. Implemented in the B3D, a software of the 3D parasitic interconnect capacitance extraction by the boundary element method (BEM), this language simplifies the description text and is readily extensible.
