摘要
临床上常见的牙周炎、牙髓疾病、根尖疾病、牙外伤等原因导致的牙列缺损若得不到及时修复,均易导致对颌牙伸长,造成颌间距离缩小,修复效果不理想。随着现代牙科技术的发展,微种植体支抗的出现使传统修复局限性得到解决。微种植体支抗技术是目前口腔正畸治疗的热门技术,该技术是将微种植钉植入患者颌骨或牙槽骨内,成为绝对支抗,进而承受正畸矫治力,可以在不损害健康牙齿与牙髓组织的前提下,帮助本来不具备各类修复条件的患者获得重新修复的机会,达到美观与功能协调统一的效果,现已广泛应用于临床。
Dentition defects caused by periodontitis, dental pulp disease, apical disease or tooth trauma,if not repaired in time,are likely to cause the extrusion of the jaw teeth,resulting in the reduction of distance belween the jaws,with unsat-isfactory repair effects. With the development of modem dental technology, the emergence of micro-implant anchorage has solved the limitations of traditional repair. Currently, micro-implant anchorage technology is a popular technique for ortho- dontic treatment. This technique implants nficro-implantation nails into the jaws or alveolar bones of patients, and becomes an absolute anchorage, thus supporting the orthodontic force under the conditions without damaging healthy teeth and pulp tissue, providing the opportunity of re-repair for patients who otherwise do not have repair conditions, thus achieving the effects of harmonization of aesthetics and function, which has been widely used in clinical.
