Research Progress in the Influence of Anesthesia-Related Factors on Postoperative Delirium

术后谵妄(POD)是麻醉和手术后最常见的并发症之一,其可发生于各年龄段术后患者,不仅影响患者的预后和降低生活质量,还可增加患者术后的病死率。POD是多因素导致的综合征,其中高龄、手术创伤、深麻醉、疼痛等为高危因素。故麻醉医师在制订麻醉方案时,应根据患者的术前状态、病情发展选择合适的麻醉药物、麻醉方法及术中和术后管理方案,以达到预防和治疗POD的目的。未来,需要深入探讨应用麻醉相关的方法预防和治疗POD。

Postoperative delirium（POD） is one of the most common complications after anesthesia and surgery. It can occur in postoperative patients of all ages,which not only affects the prognosis and quality of life,but also increases the post-operative mortaliU rate. POD is a nmltifactorial syndrome that advanced age, surgical trauma, deep anesthesia, and pain are the high risk factors. Therefore ,when anesthesiologists develop an anesthesia program, they should select appropriate anes-thetic drugs, anesthesia methods, and intraoperative and postoperative managenlent programs according to the preoperative status and development of the patients to achieve the purpose of preventing and treating POD. In the future, we need to fur-ther explore the application of anesthesia related methods to prevent and treat POD.
