“双轨合一”模式下医学专业型研究生科研素质提升实践与探索 被引量:50

摘要 专业型硕士研究生的培养在经过十几年的改革之后,逐步形成专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训制度有机结合的"双轨合一"培养模式。但在新形势下,"重临床,轻科研"的专业型硕士研究生已经无法应对医疗科技的迅猛发展。科室的学科建设、医院医疗水平也因缺乏科学素养,核心竞争力下降而发展滞慢。"医院-导师-学生"三位一体科研素质培养理念,即以医学生为主体,以医院及科研平台为依托,以导师学术指导为导向的三方一体化培养体系,并遵循"循序渐进,阶段性侧重,综合性贯穿"原则,旨在化解专业型研究生临床实践与科研素质培训偏差的冲突,保障专业型研究生科研能力的高效、正确发展,加强专业型研究生科研能力,运用科研思维发现、解决临床问题,建立清晰的科研思路,将临床工作与基础工作密切联系。 After more than ten years of reform and development,the training of professional postgraduate students has gradually formed a double--track-in-one training program which integrates the master of professional training with the resident physicians' standardized training.However,the professional postgraduate students,who overvalue clinical practice and undervalue scientific research,have been unable to cope with the rapid development of medical technology under this current circumstance.The discipline construction of the department,as well as the medical level of the hospital,remains stalled due to the lack of scientific literacy and core competence.In this research,we put forward the trinity concept of hospital-tutor-student in the cultivation of scientific research.This cultivation models,considering medical students as the main part,relying on the hospital and scientific research platform and following the tutor's academic guidance,keep to the principle of gradual improvement,stage emphasis and comprehensiveness maintaining.It aims to resolve the conflict between the clinical practice of professional postgraduates and the training deviation of scientific research,to ensure the efficient and correct development of the scientific research ability of the professional postgraduates,to strengthen the scientific research ability of the professional postgraduates,to find out and solve the clinical problems using scientific research thinking,to establish a clear scientific research thinking and to build the closely association between the clinical practice and scientific research.
