摘要
探索学科建制、教学体系、科研体系等多层次管理体制机制改革,在教学上实行课程组首席负责人制,在科研上实施科研团队(PI)制,完善教职工年度业绩考核制度,教师教学科研积极性得到极大调动,对学院"双一流建设"具有重要意义。
School of Basic Medical Sciences,Shandong University takes the institutional mechanism reform in disciplinary formation,implements Principal Investigator(PI)system in scientific research team,perfects the annual assessment on teaching and administrative staff,which mobilize teachers' initiative of teaching and scientific research and be of great significance to Double-First-Class Construction for school of basic medical sciences.
