医学检验技术专业实验教学形成性评价表的设计与应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究设计一套具有医学检验技术专业特点的实验教学多维度量化评价表,为该专业实验教学形成性评价工作的开展提供实用的评价工具,完善满足高等教育多层次、多规格、多样化的人才培养要求的量化评价体系。方法依据形成性评价的设计原则和医学检验技术专业实验教学的特点,采用调查研究等方法,研究设计一套实验教学形成性评价表,并应用于临床生化检验课程实验教学过程。结果医学检验技术专业实验教学形成性评价表分两个部分,其中:一级指标4个,二级指标20个,每个二级指标还有学习目标要求。20个评价指标涉及实验教学的实验室人员基本要求、实验技术学习过程、实验报告撰写过程、实验学习目标与效果等四个方面。调研结果表明,评价表具有应用性和可操控性良好的特点。结论医学检验技术专业实验教学形成性评价表是一种科学、全面、实用的多维度量化评价工具,能提高实验教学形成性评价实施方案的可行性、有效性,促进实验教学目标的实现。 Objective To design a multi-dimensional quantitative evaluation table for experimental teaching with the characteristics of laboratory medicine technology,which provide a practical tool for the development of formative evaluation program of experimental teaching,and improve the quantitative evaluation to meet multi-level,multi-specification and diversification requirements for the higher education system.Methods A set of formative evaluation tables for experimental teaching was designed and applied to the teaching process of the clinical biochemistry course,based on the design principles of the formative evaluation and the characteristics of the laboratory medicine experimental teaching.Results The formative evaluation tables of laboratory medicine experimental teaching included two kinds of indexes,with 4 primary and 20 secondary indexes.The requirement of learning goals was also included in the secondary indexes.The 20 evaluation indexes are related to the basic requirements of laboratory personnel in experimental teaching,the learning process of experimental technology,the writing process of experimental reports,and the goal and effect of experimental learning.The survey results show that the evaluation tables are of good applicability and controllability.Conclusion The formative evaluation tables of laboratory medicine experimental teaching is a scientific,comprehensive and practical multi-dimensional quantitative evaluation tool,which can improve the feasibility and effectiveness of the experimental teaching evaluation and promote the realization of teaching objectives.
