大学生创新实验项目是高素质人才培养的重要途径,是创新型国家发展的需要。本文以几位医学微生物专业的教师在指导医学大学生创新性实验计划中的经验和教训为基础,对项目实践过程中存在的相关问题进行分析,探索如何能更好地实施大学生创新项目,培养高层次、高素质的创新医学人才。

The undergraduates＇ innovation experiment project is one of the most important projects for the training of high quality students of higher education.It is the need of innovative country development.Based on the experiences and lessons learned by several medical microbiology teachers in guiding the undergraduates＇ innovation experiment projects of medical college students,this article analyzes the related problems existing on the practice of the projects,and explores how to better implement the undergraduates Innovation Experiment Project to cultivate high-level quality of innovative medical students.
