摘要
固定义齿是口腔修复学的重要内容,现有的教学手段主要为传统的平面讲解,诸多抽象的三维概念则依赖示教操作。但由于牙齿尺寸较小,且示教受诸多因素遮挡导致抽象的三维概念不能有效的传递,学生得不到全方位的三维感受,导致很多理解上的偏差。利用先进的固定义齿虚拟技术,能够弥补教学中的短板,有效地推进固定义齿教学的深度和广度。本文分析了固定义齿教学的特殊性及存在的问题,提出通过利用虚拟教学手段分别从固定义齿教学、医技沟通及学生自我评价方面进行改进,为后期的临床实习打下坚实基础。
Fixed denture is important in prosthodontics teaching.Frequently-used teaching methods are showing pictures and demonstration.Due to the small size of the teeth and many shaded areas during teeth preparation demonstration,students cannot fully understand many abstract concepts.Making full use of the modern techniques and means of virtual techniques in fixed denture design and manufacture will profoundly promote the reform of teaching methods.This paper analyzes the particularity and problems in fixed denture teaching and focus on the advantages of using virtual techniques in teaching method,communication between doctor and technician and self-assessment of dental students,so as to meet the needs of clinical work in future.
