摘要
目的评价基于病例的学习法(CBL)结合基于问题的学习法(PBL)的床旁示范教学查房模式在神经内科规范化医师培训临床教学中的应用效果。方法将40名规培医师随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各20名。试验组采用CBL与PBL相结合的教学法进行床旁示范教学查房,对照组采用传统以带教教师为主的床旁教学查房模式。出科时对2组规培医师进行基本技能操作和闭卷理论考试,并填写教学满意度问卷调查表。结果试验组规培医师临床考核成绩中的神经系统查体和阅片,理论成绩,及教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),临床技能中的腰椎穿刺成绩两组无显著差异(P=0.50)。结论 CBL与PBL相结合的床旁示范教学查房模式可显著提高神经内科规培医师的基本技能和理论成绩,具有良好的临床应用效果。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the beside teaching model based on CBL and PBL in standardized clinical resident training in the neurology department.Methods A total of 40 residents carrying out standardized training in our neurology department were randomly divided into 2 groups:20 clinical residents in experimental group(CBL+PBL group)and 20 clinical residents in control group(the traditional teaching group).Theoretical examination results,operational test scores and residents' satisfaction with teaching of the 2 groups were compared.Results The theoretical and operational test scores(neurological exam and CT/MRI reading)of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The questionnaire results showed that satisfaction of the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in lumbar puncture results in clinical skills(P=0.50).Conclusion Application of the beside teaching model based on CBL and PBL in standardized clinical resident training of neurology department can significantly improve the residents' practise ability and clinical literacy.
