摘要
针对高电解质农药配方体系,开发相应的助剂解决方案,提高制剂稳定性。通过加入磷酸酯类增溶剂,提高助剂在高电解质配方体系中的溶解性,从而达到提高配方贮存稳定性的目的。利用此方法成功开发了基于草铵膦的复配悬浮剂产品22%精喹·草铵膦悬浮剂和25%乙羧·草铵膦悬浮剂,所制悬浮剂热贮和冷贮稳定性合格。试验结果表明,开发的助剂体系适用于不同的农药原药和剂型。
To explore inert formulation additive package for high electrolyte pesticide formulation, phosphate esterhydrotrope was used to improve water solubility of nonionic and anionic additives in high electrolyte formulation system.Quizalofop-P-ethyl+ glufosinate-ammonium 22% SC and fluoroglycofen-ethyl + glufosinate-ammonium 25% SC weredeveloped with qualified thermal and low temperature stability by utilizing phosphate ester hydrotrope. The additivepackage was demonstrated to be compatible to different formulation additive system and active ingredients, and potentiallybroad formulation types.
