金黄色葡萄球菌脑膜炎小鼠模型的建立

摘要 目的建立金黄色葡萄球菌感染的脑膜炎小鼠模型。方法 6~8周雄性KM小鼠随机分为对照组、敏感菌实验组和耐药菌实验组,实验组小鼠颅内注射金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC-29213或ATCC-43300),对照组注射等量无菌生理盐水。造模后观察小鼠症状、存活率,测定体温、炎症指标和脑组织细菌培养等。结果造模后,实验组小鼠出现反应迟钝、抽搐等症状,CRP升高,脑组织金黄色葡萄球菌培养阳性。结论本文所建金黄色葡萄球菌脑膜炎小鼠模型可用于临床科研。 OBJECTIVE To establish a meningitis model of mouse with Staphylococcus aureus infection. METHODS 6 ~ 8 weeks male KM mice were randomly divided into control group,sensitive bacteria experiment group and drug resistant bacteria experiment group. The experimental group mice were injected with Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC-29213 or ATCC-43300),and the control group was injected with aseptic saline. After modeling,the symptoms and survival rate of mice were observed,and body temperature,inflammation index and bacterial culture of brain tissue were measured. RESULTS After modeling,the mice in the experimental group showed symptoms of slow reaction,convulsion,and CRP values elevated. Culture of Staphylococcus aureus in brain tissue was positive. CONCLUSION The Staphylococcus aureus meningitis model of mouse established in this project can be used for clinical research.
