黑龙骨化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Advances in Studies on Chemical Constituents in Periploca forrestii and Their Pharmacological Activities

黑龙骨为我国苗族人民常用药,全株可入药,可活血化瘀,治疗跌打损伤以及类风湿性关节炎等疾病。其化学成分多样,主要含有强心苷、甾体及三萜等成分。为进一步研究黑龙骨的有效成分,明确其药理作用及机制,特对其化学成分和药理活性进行综述,为黑龙骨的深入研究和广泛应用提供参考。

Periploca forrestii,the whole plant of which can be used as medicine,is typically used by the Miao people in China. The main functions of this plant are to promote blood circulation and treat traumatic injuries as well as rheumatoid arthritis. Periploca forrestii contains varieties of constituents, such as cardiac glycosides, steroids, triperpenoids and so on. To offer information for the further studies and applications of Periploca forrestii ,we have consulted relevant literatures and then summarize the constituents and their pharmacological activities in this review.
