摘要
本控制系统在结构设计上采用主从式结构,以可编程控制器PLC为下位机,PC机为上位机,可通过对主、从站通讯地址的改变,实现主、从站互换,此功能的实现提高了皮带机的运行效率,从而增加了产品的经济效益。主控制板的语音报警模块使用模拟量采集设计,充分利用了PLC的各个I/O接口,大幅度降低了产品成本。
Master-Slave station structure was used into this control system with PLC and PC. Upper moni- tor and lower computer could exchange by changing their addresses which hardly improve the operational efficiency and then boost the economic benefit. Analog quantity was designed to the hardware data collection by which sufficiently utilized the I/O port of PLC and sharply reduced the product cost.
