摘要
LED照明灯主要由LED发光元件和LED驱动电源组成,其中驱动电源是影响LED灯具寿命的主要原因,而其中的电解电容器又是影响驱动电源寿命的主要原因.结合电解电容器等效串联电阻(ESR),通过傅里叶方法,测试和分析了LED驱动电源中电解电容的电流纹波成分,开关电源中高次谐波成分和纹波电流,是加速电解电容损坏和失效不可忽略的因素.
LED lamp is composed of LED divices and LED driving power. The driving power is the major reason that affects the life of LED lamps, and the electrolytic capacitor is the major reason that affects the life of the driving power.Combined with the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of electrolytic capacitor, the current ripple components of the electrolytic capacitor in the LED drive power supply are tested and analyzed using the Fourier method. The high harmonic component and ripple current in the switching power supply are the factors that cannot be ignored in accelerating the damage and failure of the electrolytic capacitor.
