摘要
研究分别以3,5-二溴水杨醛和4-氟苯胺、3,5-二溴水杨醛和4-氯苯胺为原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,通过微波加热合成法,合成2种新型希夫碱(3,5-二溴水杨醛缩4-氟苯胺和3,5-二溴水杨醛缩4-氯苯胺).对合成的希夫碱采用红外光谱(IR)分析、紫外光谱(UV)分析、核磁共振(NMR)氢谱和碳谱分析等进行结构表征.结果表明:2种新型3,5-二溴水杨醛希夫碱的结构与目标产物相一致.
Two novel S chiff bases (3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde 4-fluoroaniline and 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde 4-chloroaniline) have been synthesized by microwave heating synthesis and 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde and 4-fluoroaniline, 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde and 4-chloroaniline as raw materials, anhydrous ethanol as the solvent. The newly synthesized Schiff bases were characterized by IR, UV, NMR and GC. The results show that the structure of the two new 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde Schiff bases is consistent with the target product.
