用电磁传感器实现机械跑光试验台往复运动控制研究

摘要 用电磁传感器控制三相交流电机正反转,控制机械跑光试验台往复运动需要互锁,对直流继电器互锁、交流接触器互锁分别进行了理论和试验研究,证明只能用交流接触器互锁可行,这对用其他非接触式传感器正确控制三相交流电机有参考价值。 An electromagnetic sensor is used to control the positive and reversal of the three-phase AC motor,andthe reciprocating motion of the mechanical running light test rig needs interlocking. The author has carried out the-oretical and Experimental Research on the interlocking of DC relay and AC contactor. It is proved that the inter-locking of the AC contactor is feasible only. This is a correct control of three of the other non-contact sensors. In-tersecting current motor has reference value.
