摘要
针对目前辊式输送机体积大、结构复杂、维护工作量大等技术问题,采用三相交流的先进技术研究了新型辊式输送机——直线感应电机模块化辊式输送机。它在传统的辊式输送机中没有中间传动装置,是输送机的一种新型结构。该装置主要由模块化辊子和直线电机组成。该辊作为驱动和承载机构,也是直线电机的转子。在操作过程中,随着辊子作为载体,辊子与物体之间的摩擦力使输送机达到运输的目的。这种新型输送机可以替代目前各种类型的辊式输送机,结构简单,故障率低,成本低。
In view of the present large volume,complicated structure,roller conveyor maintenance workload bigtechnical problems,such as adopting the advanced technology of three -phase ac,research the new type rollerconveyor modular roller conveyor of linear induction motor. It has no intermediate drive device in the traditionalroller conveyor and is a new structure of the conveyor. The device is mainly composed of modular rollers and linearmotors. As the drive and bearing mechanism,the roller is also the rotor of the linear motor. During operation,thefriction between the roller and the object makes the conveyor reach the purpose of transportation with the roller asthe carrier. This new type of conveyor can replace the current various types of roller conveyor,simple structure,low failure rate,low cost.
