摘要
随着工业化进程的加快,市场上对于包装的质量和效率有了更好的要求。针对箱体包装的工作原理,对一种智能包装机构的关键部件进行了设计。该包装机构主要由传动机构、升降机构、封箱和剪切结构等组成,采用STM32RCT6单片机控制,可自行扫描和计数。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS对关键零件部件进行了静态结构分析,确保了升降机构载物板的强度。
With the acceleration of industrialization,the quality and efficiency of packaging have been better de-manded in the market. According to the working principle of the packaging box,a packaging machine was de-signed,including the drive mechanism,lifting mechanism,sealing and shear structure. The packaging mechanismis controlled by STM32RCT6 single chip microcomputer. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied toanalyzed the key parts,and the strength of the lifter board is ensured.
