摘要
分析了小型稻麦联合收割机往复式切割装置的主要参数和结构原理,对动刀组的运动特性进行了理论分析,应用CREO的运动仿真功能对设计的切割装置进行了接近实际状况的运动仿真测试,得到动刀组运动的位移、速度和加速度曲线,并检查了各机构之间的运动协调性及是否发生干涉等问题,获得了合理的结构参数。
The main parameters and structural principles of reciprocating cutting device of small rice -wheatcombine harvester are analyzed,and the movement characteristics of movable cutter group are analyzedtheoretically. Using creo’ s movement simulation function,the movement simulation test of designed cutting deviceis carried out,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of movable cutter group movement areobtained,and the movement coordination and interference among institutions are checked,and reasonablestructural parameters are obtained.
