摘要
离心泵是现代工业中运用非常普遍的机械设备,尤其是在制浆造纸工业,更是不可或缺,所以对其结构、强度、水力等的研究尤为重要。本文根据有限元理论,结合相关软件分析了某型号的造纸离心泵泵体在实际工况下的应力应变情况,合理验证了该离心泵在正常工况下的可靠性,并为该离心泵的泵体设计提出合理的优化建议。
Centrifugal pump is a very common mechanical equipment used in modern industry,especially in thepulp and paper industry,so it is very important to study its structure,strength and hydraulics. Based on the finiteelement theory and related software,this paper analyzes the stress and strain conditions of a certain type of paper-making centrifugal pump body under actual working conditions,and reasonably validates the reliability of the cen-trifugal pump under normal working conditions,and for the centrifugal pump The pump body design provides rea-sonable optimization recommendations.
