本文针对磨齿机床砂轮主轴前段非接触式机械密封结构出现的问题,从理论方面和实际加工制造方面进行了分析研究,改进了非接触式机械密封结构的结构形式,保证了主轴前端密封的可靠性,改进后的新方案完全可以满足设计制造要求,已经在同类型其它机床上得到了广泛应用。
