摘要
近年来,我国汽车保有量不断增加,年复合增长率保持在20%左右,为了缓解停车难问题,机械式立体停车设备日益引起人们的关注。其中垂直循环类机械式停车设备近期更是发展迅速。针对某企业落成的PCX16D九层垂直循环类机械式停车设备主体结构底部弧形导轨塑性变形失效原因进行分析,计算得到拨链轮1/4工作循环周期内底部弧轨所受最大静载荷。计算结果表明,原始设计满足使用要求。后经现场排查,是由于安装错误造成的,整改后,底部弧轨未发生类似问题,从侧面反映了计算的正确性。
In recent years,China’ s car ownership has been increasing,and the compound annual growth rate hasbeen kept at about 20%. In order to alleviate the problem of parking,the mechanical three-dimensional parkingequipment has attracted more and more attention. The vertical circulation type mechanical parking equipment hasbeen developing rapidly recently. Completion of an enterprise,the author of this paper PCX16D nine layer at thebottom of the vertical circulation type of mechanical parking equipment main structure arc guide plasticdeformation failure reasons were analyzed,and calculate the shifter sprocket 1/4 cycle within the maximum staticload by arc at the bottom of the rail. The calculation results show that the original design meets the requirementsof use. After the on-site troubleshooting,it was caused by the installation error. After the rectification,no similarproblems occurred in the bottom arc rail,which reflected the correctness of the calculation from the side.
