以制造业产业升级,建设创新型城市为导向,通过调研、分析和研究成都市制造业中小型企业的生存状态,找出制约成都市制造业产业升级和中小型企业向创新科技型转变的关键问题。进而把推动成都市制造业中小型企业的升级和发展作为主要工作任务,通过相关部门的扶持、高校平台助力,构建一个集数据信息、产品研发、技术服务、成果转化、人才培养、产品试制为一体的中小型企业产学研服务平台。

Thus to promote the manufacturing industry upgrade and develop-ment of small and medium-sized enterprises of chengdu as the primary task,platform power through the support ofrelevant departments,universities,build a collection of data and information,product research and development,technical services,achievements,talents cultivation,trial production for the integration of production,small andmedium-sized enterprise service platform.
