校企协同创新创业人才培养模式的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Cultivation Model of Innovative Talents in School-Enterprise Cooperation

提高我国企业的国际竞争力,从"中国制造"走向"中国创造"是中国社会发展大势所趋。促进社会和科学技术的快速发展、提升学生就业竞争力的关键是培养创新创业人才。本文对创新型人才培养模式进行了研究与实践,探索通过"一线贯穿"、"三层递进"、"校企融合"、"项目驱动"等措施培养创新型人才,从而为社会发展提供具有创新能力的高职机电类专业人才。

From“made in China”to“created in China”is an effective means to improve the international compet-itiveness of Chinese enterprises,and is also the general trend of social development in China. The key to promotethe rapid development of society and science and technology and enhance the employment competitiveness of stu-dents is to train innovative entrepreneurial talents. This paper has carried on the research and the practice to theinnovation talented person training pattern,in the paper explores how to train innovative talents through the mea-sures of “one line running through” , “three layers of progressive progress” , “combination of school and enter-prise” , “project drive”and so on,so as to provide innovative talents of mechanical and electrical specialties withinnovative ability for social development.
